PitDrip hosts photos and videos that people share, and many of our users are teenagers. Keeping people safe comes before everything else.
How we keep PitDrip safe
- Every photo and video is checked automatically before it goes public. Anything flagged waits for a person to review it.
- You can report any post, comment or profile, and block any account.
- Our moderation team reviews reports, with minor safety first.
Protections for teens
Accounts for 13 to 17 year olds are private by default. Comments on their posts are limited to approved followers, adults can't message them, their posts can't be filtered by age, and they never appear on public web pages. Under-13s can't use PitDrip.
Child sexual abuse and exploitation
We have zero tolerance. We detect and remove this content, preserve the evidence, close the accounts involved and report to the authorities, including the National Crime Agency, the NCMEC CyberTipline or the relevant body for the country. [Confirm reporting routes with counsel.]
How to report or complain
- In the app: tap the menu on a post, comment or profile, then Report.
- By email: safety@pitdrip.app.
Complaints and appeals
If you think we got a decision wrong, appeal in the app or email us. A different moderator reviews it. [State how long complaints take to handle, for example 14 days.]
